Registration Information

Who is eligible for registration?

Applicants who are in good physical and mental health; and 18 years of age or older, sorry no exceptions.

What policies do I need to know about?

We operate on a first come, first served basis; and have limited enrollment in each course. If a course or courses are full when we receive your registration, we will contact you about your second choice or choices.

To register, please completely fill out the registration form, sign the waiver and enclose a $20.00 non-refundable deposit for each course in the form of a personal check, cashier's check, money order or traveler's check. Sorry no credit cards. Please make all checks payable to Earth Connection. This deposit is a portion of the total cost of the course and must be presented with the application.

Upon enrollment, a course information and acceptance letter; map and gear list will be sent to you along with any other relevant information about the course.

If you need to cancel, the non-refundable deposit and tuition can be transferred toward another course, provided we are contacted SEVEN DAYS OR MORE BEFORE the course you were scheduled to take.

In the event that a course is canceled by us, we will refund all money received including your deposit or put it towards another course of your choice.

New policies for 2000

Once enrolled in a course or courses, the balance is due SEVEN DAYS OR MORE BEFORE the beginning of the course in the form of check or money order.  Please mark this deadline on your calendar or if you like, send in your balance when you receive your course acceptance and information letter. If we have not received your balance seven or more days before the course, you may be dropped from the course.

Registration for each course will be closed SEVEN DAYS BEFORE the beginning of that course. Any registrations received during this time may be returned to sender. If you are registering close to the registration closing date, please call or email us for more information.

If you are already an Earth Connection student, you may simplify the registration process by sending full payment with your registration form, so that we receive it SEVEN OR MORE DAYS BEFORE THE COURSE.
