UPDATE - Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending class registration and postponing some classes until later in 2020. Please contact us via email if you have questions or concerns. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Who is Eligible for Registration?

Applicants who are in good physical and mental health; and are 18 years of age or older are eligible for all courses.

Teens and younger children may enroll in some courses, if attending with a parent or guardian (kids and adults must both be paying students). Please email us or call for details. 540-270-2531 M-F 9-5 EST.

Discount For Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders

Earth Connection is proud to offer a discount for those who have put their lives on the line guarding their fellow Americans. For US Military active duty and veterans - Current or retired Fire Fighters - Current or retired Rescue Squad - Current or retired Law Enforcement, a discount of 5% is available as a token of our thanks for your service and sacrifices.

Make sure you select "Yes" on the registration form when it asks "Military/Law", to activate your discounted tuition rate. We also extend the Guardian Discount to immediate family members of those who are elligible. Our reason for this is simple, when one family member serves - their whole family serves.

FAQs

  • Directions to our class locations are given out AFTER registration in a class. There are no travel directions posted on this website.
  • Private classes may be available. Please contact us for details.
  • To register, please completely fill out the registration, sign the waiver and submit the registration. Use the payment buttons to use your existing Paypal account or a credit card.

Payment Policy

  • All tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot in a class.
  • We do not accept checks or crypto currency as tuition payment.
  • Class tuition is non-refundable.
  • Tuition is paid by filling out the online registration form and then use PAYPAL to pay by credit or online banking.

Registration Policy

  • Our registration deadline is THREE DAYS BEFORE the first day of that course if you are paying and registering online.
  • If you are registering close to the registration closing date, please call us to make sure there is room.
  • Although there is a registration deadline before each course, you may call or email to check for openings due to last minute cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel, the tuition can be transferred one time toward another course, provided we are contacted SEVEN DAYS OR MORE BEFORE the course that you were scheduled to take.
  • If you cancel six days or less before the course or you do not show, you will lose your tuition.
  • In the event that a course is canceled by us, we will refund all money received from you or put it towards another course of your choice.
  • In the event that we do not get enough enrollment to run a class, you will be notified shortly after the Registration Deadline, and we will refund all money received by us; or you can put it towards another course of your choice.
